Fat Loss Workout Routines
For Barry Sanders, the years between when he left the military and when he had grandchildren didn’t leave him much time for fat loss workout routines. Or so he thought. He was busy raising and providing for his children, and eventually his grandchildren.
But suddenly, in his 40’s, he found himself with dangerously high blood pressure and a doctor warning him he had one foot in the grave. Fortunately, the doctor knew Barry would be able to bring his blood pressure down, if he could only lose the weight.
However, the blood pressure drugs didn’t work, and it wasn’t until he started using the Turbulence Training fat loss workout routines at age 53 that Barry finally started to get his weight under control and lose belly fat.
At only 5 foot 6, Barry weighed 233 pounds and had 32.5% body fat with a 44 inch waist before he started using fat loss workout routines that worked. He had already lost 30 pounds by using a variety of weight loss programs, but for months he had been stuck at this point. It was good, but still unhealthy.
Then he joined the TT Transformation Contest and by the end of only 12 weeks on Turbulence Training, Barry had lost 11% body fat, 11.5 pounds of belly at, and 5.5 inches from his waist – while gaining muscle at the same time. He broke through his fat loss plateau while working out in less time than ever before.
Barry started with the Original Turbulence Training 4-week program and then moved on to the TT for Maximum Fat Loss workout which was originally designed by Craig Ballantyne for one of Toronto’s most popular personal trainers (Ballantyne is known as the “trainer to the trainers” in Toronto).
Finally, Barry finished the 12 week Transformation Contest by building muscle with Turbulence Training for Mass. But the transformation wasn’t without its obstacles. As a busy executive, Barry constantly was traveling and had to workout in hotel gyms or even in hotel rooms – but the Turbulence Training dumbbell and bodyweight exercises and fat loss workout routines didn’t let Barry miss a workout.
For his diet, Barry simply followed the Turbulence Training lifestyle and ate whole, natural foods and a little extra protein. He generally ate 5 times per day, even while traveling. Sometimes he used fasting as well, as many other Turbulence Training contest winners have done.
Barry was proud of losing 5.5 inches from his waist, but even prouder of losing 11% body fat, and rightly so! That also helped him bring down his blood pressure with the Turbulence Training fat loss workout routines.
It turns out Barry’s workout and nutrition changes were even more powerful than any drug his doctor’s prescribed him. Barry looks forward to losing even more weight and maybe one day will be able to get off his blood pressure drugs forever.
But most importantly, Barry has regained his health and will be around much longer to hang out with his 6 grandchildren. All thanks to finding the fat loss workout routines that worked at Turbulence Training.
