Seems to help with COMT Val/Val I got this so I wouldn’t have the extra caffeine but could get the health effects of green tea. To my surprise, it seems to really give me an energy boost with no jitters. So I am taking it whenever I need a boost instead of just once a day as I planned. I also gave it with echinacea, C and oregano oil, olive leaf and goldenseal to knock my husband’s first virus of the year, and then took it myself as soon as I saw he’d shown his appreciation by giving his juju to me! 😛 Knocked it really fast…

May not be for everyone but I like it. I use this because I have a genetic disposition called COMT Val/Val (tend to not be able to focus until stressed, then thrive). Tea catechins are supposed to help with the effects of this condition, with green tea having the most, but I didn’t want the caffeine (I’ve been caffeine free for years and didn’t want to get hooked again).
