This is a very good dvd. I would not call it a workout … This is a very good dvd. I would not call it a workout in the traditional sense, since this dvd if more for relaxation and working your tight muscles. You need the mini stability ball for this workout because all the exercise use the ball. The workout is about 45 minutes and it left me refreshed and with a feeling that my tight muscles had loosened up.
