Well worth the investment! I’ve been doing Teresa’s first BoneSmart Pilates DVD for a few years and am so glad she has released a 2nd one in Aging Strong. This new one is also very good, it’s got some different exercises in the resistance bands segment and the Pilates segment is also changed with some different moves. I think this new one is a little more challenging which is great, I felt it more with some ab soreness the first time I did the Pilates segment.
