This is an outstanding video! I loved it 10 years ago when I wanted to drop the weight, and I love it today. The excercises are simple to follow and if you want to kick it up a bit, you can use some hand and ankle weights.You can challenge yourself and do the entire video and get a total body workout – as the title suggests.This video is great especially for people who are trying to ease their way in (or BACK in) to a excercise program.
