I really hate my “steering wheel”, but I have to admit, it really makes the workout better. My arms are my weakest area due to an injury from a Karate lesson 25 years ago. I like the Merithew dvds because they tell you how your spine should be, how many springs to use, and all the things to look out for, like when to inhale and exhale.
