Basic Fitness at its Best I used to work out with Claudia Schiffer’s Perfectly Fit series when I was younger and I really liked them but they were on VHS and I could not find the DVD versions for the US region. So I thought I should try Kathy Kaehler as the Perfectly Fit was designed by her. A Good Start This work-out dvd is for those who don’t have a lot of time, but still want to get that sculpted shape, increase strength, and improve their movement awareness in every day activity.
