Great yoga routine for beginners and the inflexible Love this workout. It is very basic but that is exactly what I was looking for. Anyone who already is comfortable with yoga will find it too simple (there is someone doing a more advanced variation of the moves). Great for the true beginner, too basic for anyone else. I really like the Weight Watchers Exercise videos (it is a market I think they would do well to expand!) and I never saw this one for sale at my meetings–I think it came out when I was off having children.
