When Something Is “Perfect”, It Can’t Get Any Better I have used this workout since I was in my early 40’s. No matter what other workout DVDs I buy, I always return to this particular Firm workout simply because it is the best. . There is nothing like Vol 1 of The Firm–even The Firm could not top this volume with their succeeding volumes. Seriously 80s With a Good Workout This came out when I was a baby. LOL I personally find the 80s nostalgia amusing. Lord, did they have some bright workout clothes and makeup. Big old hair.
