Healthy Pregnancy, Delivery, and Recovery – Highly Recommended! Love it! This fitness system was recommended by my OB, and it helped me stay healthy, energetic, and decently toned throughout pregnancy. I got a lot of ‘you don’t even look pregnant from behind’ comments – LOL.
