The only reason I bought this is because Exercise tv was removed from my Video On Demand. I love the Crunk gym exercises especially the ones led by MichelleOtterman (or something like that). This one was very inexpensive and now I know why. The instructor had no direction. One minute you use hand weights, the next minute she tells you to drop them.
