Tai Chi Fir – Over 50 presents other ways to practice Tai Chi without doing a complete form. Mr. Ross’s credentials in Tai Chi as a competitor (8 gold medals, etc.) clearly shows the necessary background to teach Tai Chi to people of all ages and to design workouts to meet the needs of a wide audience and different ages.
