it could be just fine for a beginner Wow, I was so pleasantly surprised by this workout. I’m intermediate/advanced and thought this workout might be just for easier days. NOT. And yet, it could be just fine for a beginner. This is because modifications are given, plus they could use lighter or no weights, and just do less reps until they build up to it. This workout is also perfect for those wanting a strong workout without a lot of jumping up and down. What I especially liked is that the moves are repeated just enough times…
