My favorite yoga video This is an hour long workout that is broken down into 3 sections. Some days I do the full program and some days I just do one section. The beginning and ending sections are also great for warming up or cooling down when doing a more aerobic workout or as a stress relief after work.This video is also good for those who are overweight or not as flexible because the video shows 4 different people doing 4 different levels of the same moves, from inflexible to very flexible. OK – it’s not for “weight loss” but it’s a PERFECT workout for different levels. First of all, let’s get one thing clear – yoga, per se, was NOT designed for “weight loss” in the sense of cardiac/calorie burn. As a 30-some year practitioner, I tried one of those “yoga burn” videos and nearly myself.
