Excellent workout, excellent value for your money I have been doing yoga for a few years, and consider myself an “advanced beginner” in yoga. I try new poses and new things. I recently discovered Shiva Rea, who is considered to be a “powerhouse yoga teacher” by the New York Times. My new goal: Perform all 108 push-ups off my knees! I haven’t done all of the segments yet, but so far I’m really enjoying this DVD. I love the “matrix” format that allows the user to create a different practice to match mood, time available, etc. This, along with her Daily Energy DVD, are my first Shiva Rea videos, and at first I wasn’t sure about how I felt about them.
