Probably a great workout for beginners — higher-lvl fitness individuals should skip I would have to agree with most–this video is more suited for people with a beginner level of fitness not moderate like advertised. While I would consider myself to be a person with a moderate-fitness level (I do the middle workouts on just about every Jillian Michael’s workout), this video was too easy. As such, I found it rather boring and hard to keep focused. Someone with a higher fitness level may enjoy this on a recovery day but I don’t know if I would purchase a video just for…

At first I wasn’t a fan but, after trying it a few times, I really love this DVD! The sculpt portion gets a little slow in parts, so I just add my own higher paced moves for 20 seconds or so and pick up with her when she picks the pace back up. The drill section starts with a series of punching sequences that are fast paced but not as aerobic as I’d like, so I added weighted gloves for a great arm workout.
