Great for indoor cardio workout Have five Leslie Sansone’s tapes for working out indoors when necessary. I got them for cardio workout as I had a heart attack two years ago and am trying my best to not repeat that! All her tapes have served the purpose well and this one I especially like. They are great to mix in with outdoor walking as these workout other muscles and the arms too! I am a woman over 60 and can recommend this for any age or ability. Re-released work out Imagine my disappointment when I rec’d this and it was exactly the same as Walk Away the Pounds Express. Yes, I should have read the reviews but since I have almost all Leslie Sansone’s DVD workouts, I really didn’t think there was a need. Wrong-o. If a DVD is a re-release from a previous one at least have the decency to say so instead of presenting it as a new one.
