Not useful for the long term The style and presentation is very well done, but the reason for my low review is that once you go through the education part, there is no complete video segment showing a complete cycle of the yoga poses without extensive pauses for the explanations. After getting the “mechanics” of the moves, I wanted to use the DVD as a guide for routine exercise. To use this on a routine basis, the cover says that it is 76 minutes long- I think to run through the poses would be about a half hour or…
