Abs Only:Combines isolation exercises from Bellydance with Ab exercises for every muscle in the Abdominal Region. This workout will strengthen and tone the Abdominals while also teaching control of the muscles, in just 10 minutes. You Will Not Bellydance, But You Will Look HOT in Your Bellydance Costume!! 🙂 Okay…many, MANY other reviewers have already stated the one major flaw with this DVD: No bellydance! I am therefore forced to detract one star from an otherwise awesome toning program. And it pains me to do so, because I love this workout!The proper title for this should have been: “Look Great in Your Bellydance Costume!” Led by Rania Bossonis (who instructs quite a few other bellydance instructional and aerobic DVDs), this workout is very similar in format to the 10 Minute…

Really good If you are looking to slim, cut, trim, the abs this is the DVD it has 5 different segments for different parts. I give the Abs segment 5 stars, the Arms,Chest, and Back 5 stars as well. Even though you are using your on body weight and resistance Raina has created some kick butt workouts. I can’t comment on the flexibility training portion because I do my own thing when it comes to that. The Dancers Legs and Butt Segment could use some improvement so I give it 3 1/2 stars in my opinion and…

This is, make no mistake, NOT for beginners to exercise: it is pretty challenging. It is fun to be able to do either one segment or put more together for a fuller workout; if you do all five secions, it really is a good strength and flex day. The reason I didn’t give it five stars was the lack of safety advice; in the back stretches, for example, you could really damage yourself if you didn’t have some Pilates or yoga knowlege, and I thought the final flex section was dangerously…
