These have helped me so much! And this price is so much cheaper than buying them in the store. Our grocery store has these for 8.99 a box. This is 4 boxes for 16 on amazon, so basically 2 boxes free! I feel energized (because it has caffeine in it) but theres no crash. It says you can take 4 per day, 2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon but for me 2 a day is enough or I get a caffeine headache. Ive already lost 3 pounds too.
