Great for anyone looking to get healthy and enjoy the process at the same time! I purchased Debra’s first 3 DVDs this Spring and her 4th a couple of weeks ago. After I tried this DVD for the first time, I knew it was another instant favorite of hers! I have got to say I really enjoy her and her curvy crew!
