HOW TO USE THIS KIT: First, watch DVD on computer or t.v. to learn exercises. Then take Music CD and waterproof card to pool and you are ready to go! The Music Workout CD (not DVD) will guide you step-by-step throughout your workout with Susanne’s verbal instructions and inspiring music.
The Music CD is played poolside using a battery powered Music CD player. Or upload the music into iTunes to play on any music playing device such as an iPad, iPod (needs speakers) or waterproof iPod or MP3 players.
This DVD is NOT a “follow along” DVD as most folks don’t have poolside DVD players, but do have music players. Technology is changing so we’ll re-format this DVD into a “follow along” download soon.
*FLOAT BELT NEEDED FOR WORKOUT! Exercises are performed in deep water wearing a float belt, so your head & hair stay dry and out of water. Your pool only needs to be deep enough to stretch your legs down while wearing belt and not hit bottom. Belt & music player not included. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NON-SWIMMERS!
