Challenging but Worth It Honestly, the first time I played this workout, I thought: what have I gotten myself into? I found it hard the first time around to get the moves down because you are utilizing your upper and lower body at the same time – so for uncoordinated exercisers like me, it was a challenge. However, the second time I completed the workout it was a lot easier to get the moves down, it just takes practice.I personally feel the workout sets target the lower body (especially your butt!) more…
