Wonderful instructional video! The instructional format of this video has me feeling like I’m in the studio with the lovely instructor, Pallavi. Simply amazing! I am new to Bollywood. This DVD was simple, and not only is it taught by a beautiful and easy to follow instructor, but it’s meaningful! She deosn’t just show you poses, and tells you the story of where the poses and moves come from. She also gives you the current names of the poses as well as the original, historic names.
