I am picky about things like texture and consistency This is really tasty! I am picky about things like texture and consistency, and I really liked this shake. I love the chia seeds in it. It’s not too sweet, and has a nice chocolate taste. It was easy to mix too. It’s important to me that there not be too much sugar or carbs in a shake like this, as I am trying to lose weight, and I use it as a meal replacement. Healthy but Not so Tasty Although Yuve provides lots of vitamins and minerals, you can certainly taste it. It’s like when your parents gave you chewable vitamin tablets you hated to take as a child. From the moment I opened the package it smelled terrible. I was hoping that it was just the smell and that once mixed it with water, milk, soy milk or almond milk that it would it taste better. I tried all 4 options to find a way to make it taste better and it didn’t. I even tried mixing it with berries in my VitaMix but…
