Gets My Heart Pumping! I know many complain that it’s an older workout, but it *does* state in the Editorial Review – “…containing fitness legend Kathy Smith’s favorite and most effective WORKOUTS FROM THE PAST.” I really think those bad reviews on the dvd being misleading is not fair or true. EASY TO FOLLOW I LOVE KATHY SMITH’S WORKOUT DVD’S. SHE DOESN’T GET CRAZY WITH HARD TO LEARN STEPS. SURE, THIS IS AN OLDER WORKOUT, BUT IT STILL WORKS. I love thisdvd I have used this DVD on and off through the the last 20 years when I was a good disciplined girl it worked fantastic and never had injury. I liked it so much I bought 4 in case they quit making them. I’m back again using it and live injust as much even with my older bones and surgeries on my knees from wear and tear from my job, I can use this to strengthen, I just take it slow and the DVD allows this.
