Great Workout AND ONLY 20 MINUTES A DAY! I’m confused on the reviews about this being just okay. But to each his own. I consider myself better than average as I have done Beachbody’s Turbo Fire Program and Insanity programs (amongst others). Although I did take a 3 month break from the pressure of everything (working out regularly, counting calories, etc). I decided to do this program as of the 1st of the year. This is kicking my butt! I feel like an amateur and I do lift weights as well. She is friendly and 20 minutes is all…
