Very impressed! I tried out this DVD recently and was quite impressed. I do think that it is the most advanced prenatal workout I have tried (I also have Suzanne Bowen’s Prenatal Barre and her Long and Lean Prenatal, The Perfect Pregnancy Workout volume 1, 10 Min. Solutions Prenatal Pilates, and several prenatal yoga workouts). These are good workouts! I love these workouts and I am so glad I bought them. Previous to pregnancy I had been doing P90X semi regularly and was working on the “Couch to 5K” running program.
