Great exercise – gets your lungs working and brings out the sweat, without pain Recently bought this (from another dealer, sorry, better price! ) , found the assembly instructions a little intimidating to look at, but it was rather easy when I sat down to actually assemble it. It is quite solid, and very well engineered.I’m in recovery from major abdominal surgery, and used a NuStep in rehab. I need a way to exercise daily, even in winter, and the NuStep was way out of my budget. Went with the CS1, which was withiin my budget (though not cheap)…
