I feel like I am in pretty good shape, I do mostly Zumba and occasional step workouts 4 hours a week plus strength training and yoga. I am finding this to be a challenging and effective workout, especially for my upper body! I hadn’t realized how neglected my arms and back were! This is definitely staying in my rotation.I recommend doing this workout without the step until you are comfortable with the moves, that way you can concentrate on not missing the step when you do add it…
