Worse fitness tracker I have ever seen! This made the second fitness tracker I have ordered. The first came without a charger or instructions. The only instructions with this one was to watch a video in Korean. I charged it for over 7 hours and all I could get on the read out was: Hello Eri.” After 9 hours, I got a time of 2/10/1014 Thursday. There is no instructions on how to change the time. The heart rate monitor that was supposed to be built in never came on. No is there a reading for the heart rate. I became so frustrated…

great activity tracker I bought this for my wife, but used it for a couple days first, so I could learn how it worked. It syncs a little slowly at first, but otherwise worked great. It must have encountered some system problem,…

Comes with the charger cord and base in the box, plug in and let it charge for at least 8 hours (mine arrived completely dead). Had a little trouble with pairing but, again, thanks to DH. Only issue was date and time were off – I reset it using a paperclip in the tiny little hole on the side of the charger base, resynced it (phone remembered it this time)…
