The Booty Barre- Plus Abs and Arms is a sexy, energetic DANCE-A-THON that combines the TONING benefits of yoga, Pilates, ballet and dance to STRENGTHEN AND STRETCH the body to HELP YOU LOOK (AND FEEL) 10 years younger. The workout begins with a fluid dance fusion warm-up to center the mind and body. Next is the killer arm section using 3-5 pound dumbbells, focusing on high repetition, with unique Pilates and ballet inspired arm work. The barre section incorporates innovative standing abdominal work with a whole lot of booty, plus, high-energy fitness intervals to blast total body fat. The final core section consists of exercises based on Pilates and Yoga, with the option to include a dumbbell for more of a challenge.

Goodbye, Saddlebags! Another hit from Tracey Mallett, this is a follow up to the Booty Barre Total New Body. I have both and love both. The Booty Barre Total New Body is about an hour long, so I do it on work days when I have less time in the mornings. This DVD is longer (about an hour and twenty minutes) so I do it on weekends.
