The options on the menu include the full workout-55 minutes, two separate 30 minute workouts, a 20 minute stretch, and pre-mixes. My favorite! This is my absolute favorite workout DVD. I’ve tried all the Jillian Michaels DVD’s, and although I like some of them, she puts so much emphasis on plank and pushup exercises that my wrists and shoulders simply can’t take it. I have to say I like Kelly’s no-nonsense and variety approach better. She gives me a tough workout and does utilize plank position and pushups, but not overdoing it, and I always feel so good afterwards with sore muscles but NOT sore joints.
