Jumpstart Your Health is a fun 2 week exercise and nutrition program created specifically for kids ages 6-14 years old. Kids will journey to the KFIT virtual world where they will learn key health and nutrition messages that doctors recommend to prevent and treat childhood obesity. Then, they will join Anna and her friends for a dynamic workout that will improve their overall fitness. Jumpstart Your Health contains two separate 20 minute workouts that will improve strength and conditioning through fun exercises like sumo squats, foot fires and kick-boxing. Included with each Jumpstart Your Health DVD is a 14 day Food and Fitness Journal where kids will be able to create nutrition and physical activity goals and track their progress!

A Homeschooling Must Trying to find the physical education piece for homeschooling can be difficult. Our daughter is not a team sport person, and especially not a soccer kid, so we had to find something that could be incorporated into her school day. We started looking at videos we could do at home. The Jumpstart Your Health DVD works great for us! Every morning before we start her lessons, she gets the DVD out and starts her morning exercises.
