Fast results, fun workout! I love love love this workout. Chris is so nice and not annoying. She’s very sweet and I find myself smiling.I’m not a high-impact fan of exercising. LOVE this workout! I really like the variety of moves in this workout. They’re easy to do and very effective. There are quite a bit of lunges so if you have bad knees, you might not like it. Chris Freytag is an excellent instructor and cues well so it’s very easy to follow along. I like the fact that it’s not old school of jumping around in high gear to the point that you can’t catch your breath. You will feel this workout but you won’t be out of breath trying to keep up. Liz In Va This is a great program that is easy to follow and effective. There are three parts, the first 15 minutes is powerwalking with hand weights (the use of weights is a great idea and the upper body moves are effective), the second part (15 minutes) gets more into cardio with several two minute low impact cardio walking circuits and each finishes up with a high impact modification.
