Exceeded Expectations on Cardio (but repetitive moves) Overall, I’m happy with this dvd. It is most definitely challenging and my heart rate sky rocketed. I underestimated the intensity of jumping on a trampoline. The instructor is good about explaining how to use the trampoline properly and maximize the workout. You’re not jumping by using your toes and gaining momentum. You actually use your lower body a lot to control the bounce and whew, it is a great workout.
