Great for Beginners Those who are somewhat new to working out and want to get some exercise to look and/or feel better during pregnancy will definitely benefit from this workout, which is easy to follow and do. You’ll feel refreshed and stretched after doing it. Exercise is the best cure for aching bones and muscles during pregnancy! A bit too easy… Hello…I was in great shape prior to becoming pregnant- avid runner and lots of weights. So, I really wanted to stay in shape!I am really disappointed with this video. I am familiar with Denise Austin as she has been around for along time. BUT, she was so annoying in this video. Overly perky. Additionally, the cardio part barely reaches 20 minutes.
