Lose weight without starvation I have been using Herbalife since April 2013 and have lost 14 lbs!! I also Include 30-60 mins of exercise in my daily routine. I walk on my morning breaks and lunch breaks at work and have cut out soda and drink plenty of water. I add 1 scoop of the protein powder with 2 scoops of formula 1 vanilla shake mix. I also add ice and fresh fruit such as strawberries or blueberries. For best results I replaced breakfast and dinner with the shakes but I snack on fruit and veggies throughout the day. I…
